Evan Jones grew up in College Station, Texas. After landing several lead roles in theatre productions offered through his college, Jones decided to move to Los Angeles to pursue an acting career.
Shortly after arriving in L.A., he landed roles in several commercials. Soon he progressed to guest starring roles on television shows such as "The Guardian," "ER," "The District" and a recurring role on Showtime's "Going to California." He also worked with Christine Lahti and Nicholle Tom in the TV movie "The Book of Ruth."
Jones appeared on the big screen as Fowler in "Jarhead" and as Eminem's sidekick, Cheddar Bob, in the feature film "8 Mile." Additional film credits include "Rescue Dawn" and "Glory Road," and co-starring roles in two Disney films, "Mr. 3000," with Bernie Mac, and "The Last Shot." He can also be seen in several independent features films, including "Going Greek," "Social Misfits" and "Wishcraft," and just completed co-starring in the feature "The Express" with Dennis Quaid for Universal.
