Eddie Matos is best known to television audiences for his roles in the daytime dramas "General Hospital" and "Port Charles." His other television credits include roles in "Pepper Dennis," "In Justice," "Clueless," "Tru Calling," "All About Us" and "Charmed."
He also appeared in the feature films "Wanderlust" and "Lost Souls."
Matos was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico and moved to Miami with his family when he was 9 years old. He spent most of his teenage years moving due to his father's work and lived in Santiago, Chile, spent his high school years in New Jersey and returned to Miami to complete his high school education. He enrolled at the University of Miami where he was a pre-med student until he fell in love with acting in his sophomore year. He received a degree in theater performance and shortly after graduating moved to Los Angeles where he currently resides.
