In his role as executive vice president, Mr. Davine oversees Business Affairs and Administration for ABC Studios. The studio's slate for the 2007-08 television season encompasses 23 productions on broadcast and cable, including the international franchise hits "Lost" and "Desperate Housewives," and the Golden Globe-winning Best Drama and Comedy, "Grey's Anatomy" and "Ugly Betty."

As head of Business Affairs, Mr. Davine is ABC Studios' chief dealmaker, managing a team of executives that structures and negotiates the studio's business dealings with "above-the-line" talent - writers, producers, directors and actors; networks and other exhibitors that license the studio's programming; and emerging technological platforms on which the studio's content is distributed. As part of the Disney-ABC Television Group, a division of The Walt Disney Company, ABC Studios changed its name in 2007 from Touchstone Television to align with the valued ABC consumer brand. For over 20 years the studio has established itself as a leader in television development and production. The studio's 2007-08 lineup includes programming on ABC, NBC, CBS, CW, ABC Family, Lifetime and FX. The studio contributions to the networks' primetime schedules include ABC's "Lost," "Grey's Anatomy," "Desperate Housewives," "Brothers & Sisters," "Ugly Betty," "According to Jim," "October Road" and new series "Private Practice," "Dirty Sexy Money," "Eli Stone," "Samantha Who?," "Carpoolers," "Cavemen" and "Miss/Guided"; the Emmy-nominated comedy "Scrubs" on NBC; third seasons of "Criminal Minds" and "Ghost Whisperer," along with the new Jimmy Smits drama, "Cane," on CBS; and The CW's "Reaper." Cable productions include ABC Family's best performing original series "Kyle XY," the Courteney Cox-starring drama "Dirt" on FX, and Lifetime's highest rated series, "Army Wives." Additionally, the studio produces ABC's late-night talk show, "Jimmy Kimmel Live," and is a distributor for "The Amazing Race."

Mr. Davine also serves as a trustee of the Starlight Starbright Children's Foundation, an international charity providing entertainment-related products and services to seriously ill children.

A graduate of Loyola Law School, Mr. Davine holds a Masters of Business Taxation degree from the University of Southern California.
